OUR FOUNDER

Tanya Mendoza was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and moved to Phoenix Arizona in 2003. She is a wife and a mother of two. Her passion to serve others led her to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene where she swiftly climbed the corporate ladder. Her love and experience in both the dental and pediatric fields helped her co-found a non-profit children's dental clinic for 15 years where she operated as Director and Affiliated Dental Hygienist.

 

Shortly after her success at the clinic, both her mother and father fell severely ill. Her mother suffered a heart attack along with a bilateral stroke, while her father's dementia continually worsened. She was forced to step away from her position at Parson Dental Clinic in order for her to properly care and be present for her family. 

 

During this time she realized the benefit and positive impact in having long-term care had on her family, which ignited her passion to educate and serve people by providing the very knowledge her family was lucky to have and put to good use in their most critical time of need. She understood that if it wasn't for this knowledge and the resources, her family would have not been able to survive this hardship physically or financially. 

 

Serving in the nonprofit world she learned most families need guidance and help on how to implement, learn how money works and how they, too, can utilize services that will give them a fighting chance for a better future. This was a pivotal moment for her because although this was an extremely difficult situation, it pushed her to continue her passion to help families which, then, inspired her to open her own brokerage in the financial industry, now known as Pride Financial. Her dedication and commitment has carried on to help families and business owners create a stable financial future and leave a legacy.

 

Through Pride Financial, her vision is to help build and protect wealth for families and individuals from all walks of life and to give people from all backgrounds the power to access financial knowledge, products, and resources to prepare for a better future. She currently holds a Life and Health License in all 50 states and has built a team of agents that will walk alongside you in your journey to financial success, helping you assess your situation, understand how money works, and find the products and services that best fit your needs.
